Purchase System provides an electronic procurement and resource planning platform for organizations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with the Data Protection Act, 2019 of Kenya and other applicable international data protection regulations.
You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else to do so. You must not try to gain unauthorized access to the Service, or any networks or systems supporting the Service.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
